Im planning on adding some LEDs and I was wondering what voltage they run at, and how to hook them up.

very little voltage
how to hook em up check out this (http://www.howstuffworks.com/led.htm)
Most I've encountered run from 2.1-3.6v., but there is a lot of variety.
Here's a couple of guides to help you out;

And here's a handy calculator to figure your resistance;

Voltage depends on the LED. Red ones usually run on 1.5-2V, blue ones as much as 6V.

I drew up a quick guide, you should be able to figure it out from this...

Who else thinks that graph is useful? Someone post it into one of the stickys.
I seen them run on 2 AA batteries.
