I'm consider about the flow rate and also which is better for my system.
If T-line filled with water and how to cap it?

how can i fill the water to the circuit of the system, there may be a place to put in and how can i close the place make it run better?

You must have missed the Res or T-line sticky. You can probably find numerous threads about this with the search button up top. You'll most likely find a lot more info and responses rather than waiting around for replies.

The most basic system is that
Water block, Heatercore, pump, tube, fan

A t-line is usually a open point in the system for bleeding/filling. Most often it is used to replace a space confining reservoir. Check out http://www.wc101.com/guides/t-line/
