OEM Intel CA810EAL PPGA/FCPGA Celeron 366-900MHz & PIII 500E-1.0GHz, 66/100/133 SDRAM. Integrated graphics, Lan, and Audio. 4PCI, OEM BOARD ONLY.

Price $ 59.00 http://www.centrix-intl.com/

A motherboard that fulfills all your requirements, except the AGP slot. However on board video is decent enough for 2D work and watching DVDs. However you will not be able to upgrade to Tualatin processors and you'll be spending around $60.

You can also try a VIA PLE 133 chipset based board

Also No AGP slot. Price $54.00 shipped
