hey ok i need some advice.......
i got a abit kt7a mobo,
then i got a 950 tbird,
then i tried to oc,
then i changed the clock multiplier to 10x and the fsb to 110mhz......
but the clock multiplier WONT CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!
wtf is goin on????????
do i need to flash my bios?

Are the L1 bridges closed on your Bird?

Flashing your bios is probably not the answer I think it more deals with the bridges possibly. Flashing a Bios is a risky thing it could make your computer Dead. I would do that as a last resort.

you need to unlock your bridges by using a good pencil a conductive pen or an auto defogger kit you dont need to flash your bios.and t-birds to come with speeds of 950 mghz (900,1000,1200etc) and up. so take a deep breath relax a bit and get to work unlocking that chip,and always ensure you have proper cooling.have a nice day and a good overclock.
