If my multi is @ 12, I can boot to 1600, Is this better than a multi @ 11x, and creeping the FSB, and can others share there multi, and FSB settings?

When you raise your fsb everything in your system runs at a faster speed instead of just your processor. So if you lower your multiplier and raise your fsb you will get better overall performance, but your overclock might be slightly less.

you are better at a faster fsb if you can do that. Its better to run slightly slower but at a higher FSB than faster at a lower FSB.
