Unlocked 2500+ Barton

I managed to get an unlocked 2500 Barton from a store in sweden.... a bit lucky because they only had 1 left in stock. But i´m a bit unsure if it´s a good model. It says
AQXFA 0327
Is that a good model??
I allso have one now in my system with the model nr
AQUCA 0308VPBW
if someone knows if this one is good or bad....please tell me!!

The AQXFA is almost certainly better than the AQUCA. AQUCA is a quite early Barton stepping, I believe, while AQXFA is more recent (the date codes seem to confirm this, at least in your case), and you should get a slightly better overclock with the newer stepping. This post should have been in the AMD CPUs section instead of just general CPUs.
