Athlon 1.4 with 256 DDR Ram! What the best M/Board?

I am in the near future going to be buying a Athlon 1.4mhz and 256mb of DDR 266mhz Ram, what would be the best motherboard for the job, and also a decent heatsink and fan? It's mainly used for playing power hungry games, so things will probally get hot.

I have only had experience with one so far, but the EPOX 8K7A is a great board. Many others use it too and love it just as much as I. Put that one on your list.
