best TI4200 aircooler

well doing alot of reseach i still have not found the answere for the ram and gpu cooler that is the best, well at least air colling wise as im goign to pull my 4200 out and check out the ram, what is the best ram to have for ocing?

i believe most Ti4200s had the 3.6ns RAM, but some of the other varieties like the albatron Ti4200 turbo had the 3.3ns and can OC to Ti4600 speeds.
