can someone help

To be honest ive never even thought of overclocking my pc untill i saw this site and ive never read on how to do it.So is anyone kind enough to help me get started by pointing me in the right direction of where to start and where to go to read up on how ???
Ive got an
AMD Athlon 1.2ghz
192m sdram 133
32m tnt2nvidia riva m64 graphics
Gigabyte GA-7ZX motherboard

I cant tell you any more because i havent looked it up yet....but any info from here on will be much appreciated.

You can find a plethora of information on the front page under Beginner Guides. That should give you enough information on the basics of overclocking
