Luckily I got access to a CNC machine
It's nothing fancy, but it works quite well. A quick setup with an older 1.0 ghz athlon was running around 29 C idle.
Total cost was about $15 (copper, o-ring, barbed hose fittings, teflon tape, mounting hardware). Much better than any pre-made block
