Luckily I got access to a CNC machine:)

It's nothing fancy, but it works quite well. A quick setup with an older 1.0 ghz athlon was running around 29 C idle.

Total cost was about $15 (copper, o-ring, barbed hose fittings, teflon tape, mounting hardware). Much better than any pre-made block:)

Anyway, nice block bud. Sure beats my first one, a square pvc cap with a 3mm copper plate JBWelded to it.
 
definately really nice, Depending on the cnc machine, if its a really nice and acurate one, you should try to push some limits! get some insanely tiny end mills!
