I"m thinking of using this mem in a Asus P4C800E and want to
oc a P4 2.4 800mhz to 3.2. I've been reading alot of the threads
and now I'm not so sure what combo I should use!
Also, will one of the Thermaltakes be sufficient?

What do you mean? What memory you should get?
If so I would suggest Corsair or Buffalo over OCZ... if thats not what you mean be a lil more specific please:D

Oh and
WELCOME TO THE FORUMS

EDIT: If you mean heatspreaders you don't really need em that much I dont think but if you want them it doesn't matter much.

Ok well I personally am not to big on OCZ but many do like them... so they are pretty good but I would still rather get 2 sticks of the same PCXXXX Buffalo or some Corsair XMS.

Ditto for the corsair XMS. As far as HS, go to HS forums or OC'ers.com for the HS rankings.
