Thermal Take Dragon Orb 3 any good?

I am cooling my CPU with a Thermal Take Dragon Orb 3 copper base. Do you think this cooler is good? Would it be alright if I ugraded to a AMD Athlon XP 2500+ on this current cooling setup?

Its an ok to mediocre heatsink, I'm not to familiar with AMD setups but Thermaltake rates this heatsink up to 1.5Ghz and Correct me if I am wrong but I think an XP 2500+ is 1.8Ghz

If I were in your shoes and about to upgrade to a XP2500, I would consider upgrading your heatsink as well.

Perhaps an AMD guy can better help you pick a good solution.
