The L7 Bridges control the voltage.

I was able to slightly over-voltage my Duron by connecting the bridges... got me from a 954 MHz max to 970 MHz. Connecting them all got me about a .2 volt increase from what my BIOS settings alone would do (read by MBM) and also stabilized the core voltage.

For Epox 8K7A owners, this is a great way to bump up to that little bit of extra voltage you need without modding.
