Soooo.... Why is there a picture of a cat as the 1st link?

Nice setup BTW - can I ask why have you gone for RDRAM?

processor in the first pic is faster than in the others :D

it's true.

very cool rig btw :)

however.. a little overkill on the 3 subs?

Well, the cat is my inspiration... somehow.

My rig, in total, is about 2 years old. Back when I set it up, Rambus was still king. I have just progressively upgraded it.

antman. need to tidy up your sig a bit.

16 lines @ size 1 (.75 per line) is 12 points. 2 more than allowed. perhaps combining lines or leaving out less relevant info.

thanks.

Yeah three subs is a bit overkill, but since when is overkill bad? :D

I beleive the points system is utterly grotesque. Back in the day we didn't have to worry about 'points'.

Isn't my cat purdy :)

Also, I have a question:

Would it be possible to modify a fluorescent tube to only emit UV radiation (black light)? I assume that would make the case look better in the dark :o.

thanks for cooperating. if you'd like to discuss the merits of the points system you'll need to speak with Thelemac.

why not just buy a blacklight?

Do you mean Fluorescent, Cold Cathode, or Incandescent, blacklight?

any of the above :o

Well, incandescent blacklights produce a LOT of heat, far more than standard incandescents, and only put out a miniscule amount of black light, most of the light is violet.

CCs and Fluorescents are expensive.
