2 Raptors or Seagates?!

I am trying to cut some ends off of my future rig and really need to know if 2 WD Raptors in Raid 0 would give me a noticable performance gain over, lets say - 2 seagate 7200 rpm drives in raid 0?

My system will be used for MAINLY FOR GAMING AND PHOTOSHOP+DREAMWEAVER!

Yeah, two 10,000 RPM drives would certainly have better transfer rates and seek times than two 7200 drives.
