I have a TB 1.2 and for the life of me I cant not get this little mofo to go higher than 1.4 (I cant even get W2K to boot up. Currently my settings are:

fsb@133
core@10.5
1.85volt

I know heat is not an issue cause my cpu temp is only at 38 and system temp is 27. Anyone with any bright ideas? Hell, at this point I'll settle for some dim ideas.

What psu are you using, and what is your 5v line at when the cpu is under full load? A small psu can be an overlooked limiting factor.

PSU= Power Supply Unit.

And you don't sound like an idiot simply someone (previously) lacking a bit of knowledge.
