changing keyboard latout

i just got a Coolermaster ey board for my bday recently. It pretty nice, looks great the keys are low profile and it feels very strong. the usb cord could be a little longer than 1.5 meter.

There are a couple of keys that are in akward positions for me when i play some game. what is the best program to change the way each key is read, or better yet a way to change the key position in windows xp

thank for the tip, it didn't do what i wanted though. it said the alt, ctrl entr, caplock... are all un changable keys. seemed odd to me. it lets you change all the letter key just fine
