Cooling Question????

My system spec is in my signature. I've a 1.4AMD T-bird overclocked to 1.57. My HSF are a Thermalright SK6 with the delta screamer. The question is my Via chipset monitor reads my system temperature to be 27C-28C. When I used Sandra it reports that the system temp to be 23-24C. Could it be that the delta CFM is so strong that it is blowing hot air onto the northbridge chipset.
Is this system temp ok.

I may be wrong, but I think if you post this in the cooling forum, you will be better off.
My opinion of your question is not an answer though.
I suggest getting a chipset cooler for anyone "into" Oclocking. ;)

doesnt the board already have a chipset cooler?

is it does then just take it off, lap the base of the cooler then put some thermal grease
