Hi,
I have an older truck that has an old sony cd changer system in it. I have hacked the inputs so that I can plug in my tiny little mp3 player into it and it rocks.....
now then, can I use an inexpenssive older laptop and simply load the hdd with mp3s and play away in this vehicle?
If I can, what cpu power/ram etc should I need? I'm going to look for a used (cheap) unit on ebay.
Any tips?
This truck, although old is in great shape and I really don't want to rip the stereo out and start all over. I only use occasionally, I replaced all of the speakers last year...it has around 400 watts of power and sounds good (not great) but the price is right.
So...any advice on lap tops and should I use musicmatch or....?
