I have 2x512gb sticks of TwinMOS pc3700 (no, it's not BH-5) in my brother's p4c system. They're running very nicely (249mhz 2.5-3-3-7 totally stable @ 2.85v). It's a P4P800Deluxe and 2.4c running 1:1

Of course, I want to get more out of his system, so i've been thinking about doing the Vdimm mod. Anyone "over-volt" this ram and have results? Would be much appreciated before I do this warranty defying modification.
Thanks!

I heard that RAM cooling isn't too good with TwinMos, so I'd suggest to check teps before heavy overvolting.

You may find som good tips in motherboard section.
