Will this block mount on a 9800 Pro ???, ( kinda very heavy) besides, where can I buy locally the mounting set without ordering from online vendors, I prefer the plastic.....?

It looks the two holes that are not used are for 9800 cards... As long as you are not thinking about putting ramsinks i think it should be fine
