Best OC for IWILL KK266

i'm getting a IWILL KK266 and i am thing about a 1ghz t-bird,not to be confused with the 1.0ghz(i was on http://www.micropro.com looking for t-bird and i saw both). Should i consider a faster or slower processor if i want to be able to oc more?

get a duorn 700, 24$ pricewatch.com, and the iwill kk266 105$,or a tbird 1.33ghz,maybe

i have a IWill KK266 and a duron 850@963@1.68 volts.
stupid thing won't go above that without rebooting windows xp rc2. it's runnin fine now at this speed, just wish i could get more out of it.
