how can I use 2nd screen for visualization?

Ok here's the deal, I have gainward geforce 4 mx440 and my tv is the second screen.
Can I play the settings so that I can use my monitor for business as usual while I have my tv screen turned in to a full screen visualizer? I mainly listen to music with iTunes and I use it's visualizer also, but I might be interested to know if this would be possible with winamp too (2.91).
Any ideas?
