I was thinking about getting a 1ghz(266bus) for my IWILL KK266. Is this a good choice or is there something thta is more stable when oc'd?

Have a look at the CPU database on the front of this site which should give you an indication of what overclocks are possible for each CPU

I wouldn't say there's a particular chip that is more stable than another... EVERY chip has a speed it is stable at (default).

I just got a 1 GHz AXIA-Y 266 FSB and it's pretty good - I can get it to 1.3 GHz right now, but I need better cooling to go further. You certainly can't go wrong with the 1 GHz chips right now - they're an awesome deal, cheaper than the 1 GHz Durons, I think. They overclock more and are more powerful than the 1 GHz Durons anyway. :)
