Which Board To Get

Im building my first system which is going to be based on a
P4 2.6C. I was wonder which Abit mobo I should get. I will probably not be overclocking it, and I dont think Ill be using sata or raid. I would like a nicely priced mobo with nice features.
The ones I have seen so far that I like are:

AI7-Guru
IC7
IC7-G
IC7-Max3

The AI7 looks really nice to me, but it has the 865 chipset which ppl have told me isnt as good as the 875, dunno why.

Id like to know what exactly is the difference in the 3 IC7 models.
