Well for those temps you would prolly need someting close to liquid nitrogen. And yes there would be a limit to speed. Sure it would get more MHz out of it then a proc with normal air cooling, but eventually, there is a limit. And as for the life of the CPU, just always remember that COOLER IS BETTER, and that HEAT IS THE ENEMY. So anything cooler then before will probably last longer then before also.
