Want to join, my first score.

I cant seem to fill in the member signup at the oc3dmark team homepage, so, here is the first submission i will make for it.

its kinda modest, but i have yet to really push my 9800 any. it needs much better cooling and a bios flash too. untill i get a new psu, ill have to settle for 2400 mhz athlon xp too. i think i can do 2500 or 2600, which will help me some, i might break 20k with this setup on a standard score. is there any way to hard wire a switch to a atx power supply? so i can use it to power just my drives and radeon, and have a power unit for my cpu only?

Just fyi but you do not have to run all those tests to get a score. This might save you some time. When you are in 3dmark01, under "selected tests" hit the "change" button. Then just check the ones under "Game Performance."

Anyways, great job on your score. I myself am trying to pull away from 10k =P

I know, but i like to get all the tests in just to see how she does when it is overclocked. the high poly 8 light test for instance, somthing my 8500 choked on.
i need to get this thing to run at 2500 mhz. i belive i can. the system restarts randomly at this speed, which indicates to me that my psu cannot provite the 1.9 volts it took. 1.85 was unstable.

Welcome Valk, what problems were you having at the sign up page? You just have to fill in the blanks, and then send it. Just make sure you have OC3d in your score title. ;)

In order to qualify for a standard scores, under the team rules, you need to run ALL of the tests, not just the one gives you a score. So your score are alright :D

I got 404's when i tried to go to the ati signup. ill try it again though ^^
