Hi there.

I have the IS7-E and the default agp voltage in the bios is 1.55V? Is the the right setting to use? As i heard the AGP cards uses 1.5V? I can set it at 1.5V in bios but i want to ask you guys first?:)
Any ideas why it defaults at 1.55V?
I think this applies to the Abit IC7 series boards too.

One more thing, with the NSTRAP setting in the softmenu setup, what do i set it to? Does it make a diff if i set it to 533 or 667 or by cpu? I am currently running 1:1 as my ram is still in spec with the CPU :) I tried overclocking to 3Ghz but i got errors in prime95 :(
At 2.8Ghz its ok i am not sure if its the cpu or RAM. Or settings in bios.

I am running P4 2.4B(533FSB). 2 X 256MB Kingston PC2700 RAM rated at 2.5CL.

Cheers.
Kenn.

Hi.

I am using 1:1 i haven't tried the other dividers. By the way my CPU is a 2.4B(533SB) can i set it to strap for 800? I am using by cpu as the strap now.

So 1.55V for AGP is fine?

Cheers.

i have an 2.4b/533 too (sl6rz), and yes try the nb strap to 800 1:1.
1.55vagp is good. a little bit over 1.50 can help oc'ing the vga. :)

Hi Rio.

Thanks:) What is the difference if i use 800 n/strap over by cpu n/strap?:)
Just curious.

Cheers.
