Any suggestions?

Or am i screwed?

Is it the motherboard in your sig?
Maybe you could explain this problem by saying "I can only choose up to 1.4vcore in bios" instead of posting these images.

I would try to first update the bios, if you have the newest, try an older one.

Secondly I would remove and reseat the CPU and check to see if any pins are broken or if it some strange things with the socket.
Some pins tell the BIOS what the default vcore is, and then _usually_ adjust the options which are supposed to be available in the vcore setting.

Try setting optimal settings in the BIOS, saving and exiting. Then go back in to see what it says.

My EPOX use to do weird things like that, but it was allways when an O/C went bad.
