Is it bad to do a bios falsh while overclocked... cause i forgot to reset my settings and... i just flashed it. i thought i read somewhere that it was not good.

I think it depends on how solid your overclock is. Are there any occaissional errors floating around. Also, the write function to the bios is not normally tested by ordinary computer use. It only occurs when you are flashing the bios. Therefore, you may not know that you have a problem with writing to the bios before you do the flash. A bad flash = dead motherboard. Travel at your own risk.

oh well it works so i guess im ok.... and i have the backup bios anyway :p

after the BIOS flash reset it to defaults and boot. . . then go in and make any overclockingchanges you had. But always reset to defaults after a FLASH
