how do I do it? there arn't any holes.... just tie downs,....got the board 'cause it's the best p4 board out apparently(or so the benches say) but is it that it can't be watercooled(chipset) or do I need to use artic alumina...?

There are specially made water blocks for the i865/i875 northbridge chips (like this Dangerden setup in the provide link). Another option is to use Arctic Silver/Alumina adhesive.
