Cooling Systems

I have a year old Emachine computer. It running at a tempurature 2 high for my comfort and afraid that when I overclock my CPU will overheat. Does anyone have any opnion on a cheap but effcient cooling system for my Computer or even just my CPU.

It it helps I have a FIC AM37 MoBo and an AMD Athlon Xp 1600+ running at 1400 MGhz. Atleast I thin thats what it is.
