that thing is a friggin monster!!! im not too sure how that thing would perform, but ive seen something similar to it at www.overclockers.com in the heatsink section, but it was fairly old and made of aluminum...
i have never heard of this company b4...but then again there are so many of those oriental-based electronics companies that its basically impossible to know of every single one
my two cents, that thing doesnt look very efficient...
