Any suggestions for dust filters on the intake fans, that dont slow the air flow down by half...??? hehe

How about a K&N car air fliter....You could get a OEM replacement which would be square and flat and cut it up to suit your size needs

However, they are expensive; I think (It's been a while since I looked). I don't know if they will work without applying the filter oil.....But they might since the amount of air entering would be reduced Vs. that of car intake.

Also, I'm not sure what size particles it would trap- it may still let dust in.

I found an aluminim filter for a fan on a stove to work fine. Just go to Home Depot or the hardware store and try some stuff. I took my dust guards out after I found that they made things a little louder.
