Choosing a board

Gonna be picking up a 2.4c M0 stepping this weekend from the computer show. I was wondering what board I need to pick up to get this chip to the 3.5 or higher range. I'll be using my pc3700 twinmos and of course my cascade water block.

If you want the best overclocker you might look at ABIT IC-7 MAX3. But with the right ram there are many cheaper boards that can get you the 292 FSB you will need.
