Is this ram good enough for my new setup?

Hi, I'm wondering if this ram will perform good on my new setup...I'm just waiting for the case, thx for the help:

Corsair TwinX 256x2 (512) XMS3200LL v1.2 Timings: 2-3-2-6 T1 (I think it's CL2)

P4 3.0C Ghz
MSI 875P Neo mobo
WD SATA Raptor 36.7GB 10,000rpm
radeon 9800pro
soundblaster audigy 2

What FSB will you be running at?

thx for the response OSU, I plan on running at stock FSB which will be 200mhz.

That should be just fine, as 3200 is rated for 200 MHz. I run my Corsair 3200 (non-LL) @ 204 right now with no problems at all. You should be able to run pretty tight timings also.
