No ventilation? That doesn't sound good man. Get some circulation in your case and then it might work okay, but I've never been a fan of silent HSF's. Look around for something with a little more power.

What kind of price range are you looking at? The SLK would definately cool that, and it's reasonably priced seeing at it comes with a fan. Although, it's more than a little loud...
