Hi,
Could someone please tell me weather is would be best to get 256MB x2 (PC3200)
OR
512MB (PC3200)?

or would they function both the same?

i think 2x256 will give you a slight edge if your running in duel channel mode

The only reason I'd suggest going for the 1x512 is that way you still have two free slots if you ever feel like upgrading. But if you're one of those people who upgrades every few months, and judging by your profile, you are, I'd go with 2x256 as well.
