Thermaltake Subzero Thermo-Electric AMD

So im shopping around for alternative cooling solutions. I want pretty much what everyone else wants. The best cooling, based on price and performance. I was looking at the Thermaltake Subzero Thermo-Electric AMD. Whats up with it? Is it even comparable to the Swiftech MCX462+T Thermoelectric AMD Heatsink? The swiftech will cost me atleast 200 (probably more) with the fan and all...With a thermo electric solution at a mere 125-it both came to my attention as a possible value and/or headache. So i ask, is it worth buying (the thermaltake), or shall i just save up and get the swiftech. I pretty much wanna OC and game.

I haven't read any bad things about it but I'm honestly not sure of how it compares to other heatsinks
