My question is this....At what point do you know to turn up the core voltage on a OC CPU. Do you wait for problems or should it be a progressive thing.
Current - 1.70 v
28.0 c (@rest)
46-50 c (CPU Intensive programs)

man ur temps are very high.I had a p3 700 at 840 that at standard voltage never went above 35c, 50c is way too high, get better cooling before going any higher.

Very obvious, when you can post PC but when get to windows, it crashes, registry errors,....cant start certain programs, then you need more voltage. Also, 46-50c is way too high. You better get a bigger cooling fan instead of retail one.
