Just want to share this with those who gave me some helpful responses previously. I have Abit BH6 with the original bios (looking at the startup page, looks like 1.0a version) and easily overclocked it to 850 area and rock solid. Tried to get more but wouldn't even start. I also have 256mg pc133 micron chip, and matrox g400 dualhead. Any advice on getting it higher would be appreciated. I've never changed bios so a bit apprehensive about upgrading it-- is it worth it?
Happy new year ya all.

Yep, the Celeron II 566 does 850 with no problems. I could get it stable at a higher speed, but, it is not worth the hard drive/cd burner worries. Ran great at 1.65 volts on my BE6 II. I just bought a 667 Celeron II, it appears to be the CCO stepping because the default voltage is 1.7. Running 1000 mhz so far at 1.85 volts just fine.
