p4c800-e problem?

Hi all,
I have read the forums in regards to this matter and cant find the exact problem.
This damn board gives me an error on boot up about overclocking failure. I get it most times i restart but the thing is i have not overclocked it at all?
I built it last week and am just trying to get it stable.
Any help would be nice.

The pc specs are:

p4c800e
corsair twin xms 512 3200
p4 2.8 800
antec tp 480watt
g4 ti4200 vc

try and update your bios and double check under "Jumper Free Configuration" its set at standard

ok i hope i dont have the same prob when i gte mine

You most likely need to set your bios to fail safe settings. Then go back into the bios and change the setting to your liking.
