I'm new only to the overclocking of CPUs. Some of the buzzwords and abbreviations may need to be explained but I'll try to keep up. My intentions at this point are to over clock a 600Mhz
(.25u) 3.3 volt CPU. Can I say safely? I run high-end CAD software that requires OpenGL graphics, which I've chosen Oxygen VX1 AGP w/32meg on board. Supermicro P6DGU w/GX chipset MoBo w/512 PC100 ECC. All the peripherals are SCSI 68pin and 50pin devices. 300watt pwr supply. The MoBo requires hardware jumpers’ w/auto sense onboard. Dual Socket Slot 1 (Presently I'm just running one CPU)
Any help getting started would be apprecitated. I'm not sure of the core stepping but I can find out and pass on, if needed.
