I've got Chaintech Via Apollo Pro 133A
Samsung PC-100 128Mb Ram
Voodoo Velocity-100 (8Mb)
'AC97 Sound
2,1 volts default CPU voltage! Can't change!
2 (two) Fujitsu HDDs Udma33/66

what kinda cooling do you have? where does it hang?

You can increase your voltage, checkout:

I'd Set the voltage to 2.2V. If your computer is freezing, you may need the extra volts.
If the computers reboots you're running into overheating problems. other than that, your' ram look like its in spec of 100mhz bus. Just make sure that heatsink is stuck tightly to the core, use thermal grease.

PS I had my celeron 300a @ 495mhz (thermal grease & lapping the slug)
