it stands on defult in my bios but it sems to be a bit high because the temp is about 45degre c and over 100far and its not over clocked

Deafult is 2.00v which was kinda the standard voltage for the later chips on the 0.25 micron process.
The heat that you are getting is normal for those chips, usually with the default cooler.
You have to look at the Celeron 533 as kind of a similar chip to the P3 1Ghz - it's and end of the road chip. If you get any extra out of the thing - you'll be a) lucky and b) pushing it's ability to do correct math.

if i wana oc it to 600 what should the v core setting be then
