Just set the fsbxmuitl back to default of whatever. Should be like 11.5x133. Chances are with the NF7-s rasie the vddim to 2.9 in bios and you may need 2 3 2 11 instead of 2 2 2 11 seeing is your using hyperxpc3500(maybe Ch-5). Timing are really runny some work some dont it's just a trial and error marry go round if you knwo what I mean. I couldn't run my pc3500 @ 2 2 2 11 above 214 fsb but 2 3 2 11 would go to about 219 fsb.

P.S. cas 3 wouldn't even post .

i had it at cas 2 3 3 8. So how do i fix it from being underclocked is it anything wrong or just set it back to how it was at first because i had it at 200x10 with those timings and 1.5v u think anything could have changed?

In some cases you will lose you overclock ability on a cpu after you have ran the cpu @ a certain #. My old 2100 want do 2.4 so easy anymore but it still hit's 2.4 it just takes more volt's. I would try to set everything back to what you had it @ and see if it's stable again use prime95 and 3dmark2001 looping. IMHO prime95 for 24 hour's and 3dmark looping for about 6hour so pretty much make sure she;s stable. With your hardware you should be able to do 2 3 3 11 timing @ 200+fsb with pc3500 and the nf7-s. Might take a while to get it stable there but dont forget to up the vddim to 2.9 should effect the mem in anyway other then maybe a better overclock and better timing's. I would shoot for a 10.5 or above muiltplier also you get better bandwidth. above 10.5. But only bios 10 work above 220fsb witha 10 or 10.5 muilt AFAIK.

Is the psu I got and it has adjustable 5+\12+ and 3.3+ pot's. It's not in right now but for the price it's a damn good psu.
