I'm using an p3 700@933 on an abit be6-2, /w defualt voltage. I was able to get it up to 1003mhz, but not stable, raising the voltage to CORE=1.90 I/O=3.90
The temperature would go up to 145F, but I have a GOLDEN ORB comming, which should help alot since it is partly the heat. But I removed the heatsink to put thermal paste on, but found it allready had some, and now the cpu isn't even very stable at 933mhz. Any help?

I think until you get more cooling you have probably found the limits. An orb may help, but my experience showed they were about the same as the Intel oem hsf. Using V I/O over about 3.5v can also cause problems. You should probably clean the chip and hsf with a little alcohol and reapply a THIN coat of thermal grease and make sure it's seated squarely and well.
