help! i just bought a packard bell club 70 it has a celeron 466 64Mb ram 8Mb ATI Rage Pro onboard chip with its own ram and an 8.4gig hdd, no matter what way i put the jumpers it will not go over 466 it still shows 466 in post screen, i know i am using the right jumpers (ive done this many time before with other PC's) but nothing will go up, plese help
