Specs:
Retail Celly2 600 (CB0, 1.5v)@ 900, 1.85 volts
100mhz FSB.
Asus P2B-F, S370-DL slocket.

At this setting, the computer runs very well...ran stability tests for >12 hours and no crashes
However, on soft reboot (ie. when a program restarts the machine), sometimes the drives turn on, but the video cuts out.
Doesn't happen all the time though?!?
What's going on.

What could be causing

Do you have a Geforce? I get that all the time with my Geforce. And it does it on several mobo's. I also have an ATI rage furry maxx and it does the same thing.

All in one box............................................... ....................

2 Epox Bx7 + 100's, 2 Kenwood 72 x Cd, 1 Plextor 12/10/32, P3 800 ti 1064, Celli 2 600 to 900, a spit load of Hd's and a ton of ram...more than a gig.

I have some ATI Rage IIC agp video card (AGP), and voodoo2 sli...
This is quite annoying...but is very rare.
I would love an explanation, or a fix.

Same here, I'm on an ASUS A7V and an Elsa Gladiac (Geforce 2 GTS)
Sometimes you just need to press the reset button.

!!!!!!!
I fixed it...
I dismantled computer, pulled out cmos battery...
put back together...
only difference, turned on AC powerloss restart and now no more problems!!!
